Mrs. Nellie Waters, 97, formerly of Table Grove, died at 7 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27, 1985, at Macomb Manor, where she had lived since 1978.
She was born March 8, 1888, in Table Grove, the daughter of Joseph and Eliza (Costelo) Bingham. She married Edward Waters. He died in 1940.
Survivors include one son, Russell Waters of Table Grove; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great, great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two daughters, four sons and two brothers.
She was a member of New Salem Christian Church.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Kost Memorial Home in Vermont with Rev. Tim Gilliland officiating. Burial was in the Table Grove Cemetery.
