She was born May 19, 1928, in Woodstock Township, a daughter of the late Beryl and Myrtle Mae Sours Trone. She married Harlin L. Terry on Aug. 24, 1947, at the 1st Christian Church. He preceded her in death on July 3, 2018.
She also was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold and Herschel Trone; and one sister, Mildred Danner.
Surviving are one son, Stephen Terry (and Cathy) of Littleton; one daughter, Rita Geisler (and James) of Rushville; one brother, Allen Trone (and Sandy) of Moline; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
She graduated from Rushville High School Class of 1946. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Littleton, where she taught Sunday School and VBS.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville with Mr. Stephen Hoover officiating. Burial will follow at Rushville City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until time of service on Friday.
