RUSHVILLE — Mrs. Florine Dica Trone, 57, of Carthage, formerly of Rushville died at 8:40 a.m. Thursday at Memorial Hospital in Carthage. The body is at Robey Funeral Chapel here. She is survived by two sons, John of Carthage and Dean of Warsaw; one brother, Frank Lau of Canton; one sister, Rose Vaughn of Canton; and several grandchildren. Her parents were Franklin and Louisa (Hughes) Lau.
Funeral services for Mrs. Florine Trone, 57-year-old former Rushville resident who died Thursday in Carthage, were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Roby Funeral Chapel in Rushville.
Burial was in Christian Neck Cemetery, Schuyler County. The Rev. Donald Skiles conducted the services.
Mrs. Trone was born in Ipava on May 30, 1908, the daughter of Frank and Louisa Hughes Lau. She was married to John Trone on June 21, 1924; he died in January, 1965.
She is survived by two sons, Dean Trone of Warsaw and John J. Trone of Carthage; a brother, Frank Lau of Canton; a sister, Mrs. Rose Vaughn of Canton; and 11 grandchildren.
Seven brothers and sisters are deceased.
