He was born March 14, 1957, a son of Howard Leon and Barbara Lee Danner Skien at St. Francis Hospital in Macomb.
Surviving are two daughters, Amanda (and Lance) Blythe of LaHarpe and Jody (and Lynard) Jones of Guthrie, Ky.; one son, R. Scott (and Brianne) Skien of Carthage; his mother, Barb; siblings, Jackie (and Laurie) Skien, Mike (and Krista) Skien, Pam Murphy and Becky (and Brandon) Johnson; and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father.
He worked in the agriculture industry his entire career, hauling feed and fuel.
Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services. Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb is in charge of arrangements.
