Mrs. Hazel L. Sackey, 67, died at 1:45 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 30, 1975, at St. Francis Hospital in Peoria.
She was born March 5, 1909, at Astoria, a daughter of Henry B. and Sarah C. (Brooks) Danner.
Survivors include one daughter, Virginia Hoppock of Chicago, and one sister, Mrs. Sarah May, of Galesburg.
Graveside services were to be held at 11 a.m. this morning at the Woodland Cemetery with Shawgo Memorial Home in charge of arrangements and Rev. Paul Stauffer officiating.
