Glenn Earl Reedy, 80, of the Astoria Care Center, formerly of Ipava, died at 4:40 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25, 1975, in Culbertson Memorial Hospital in Rushville.
He was born in Adair on Nov. 11, 1895, a son of John and Laura Beckwith Reedy. He married Ethel May Skien on May 30, 1918, at Lewistown. She died in 1953.
Surviving are two sons, Earl Reedy and Dean Reedy, both of Table Grove; one daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Walker of Table Grove; 17 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 7 step-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Cora Wileman of Astoria.
Mr. Reedy was a retired farmer and interior decorator. He was a veteran of World War I and was a member of Ipava American Legion Post 17.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday afternoon at Kost Memorial Home in Vermont with Rev. C. H. Anderson officiating. Burial was in Harris Cemetery near Table Grove with military rites.
