Herbert Rawlins Of Joliet Dies

Herbert Rawlins of Joliet, husband of the former Eleanor Graham of Adair, died Saturday night, Aug. 23, 1975, in Chicago. He was a retired U.S. Navy commander.

Funeral services were held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Blood and Grant Funeral Home Westwood Memorial Chapel and graveside services were held at 3:30 p.m. in Oakwood Cemetery in Macomb.
