Minnie E. Persinger Of Rushville Dies

Minnie E. Persinger, 94, of Rushville, died Thursday, Oct. 10, 1985, at Culbertson Memorial Hospital.

She was born Nov. 11, 1890, in Woodstock Township in Schuyler County, a daughter of Charles and Catherine Rinehart Illman. She married Dwight Persinger Sept. 22, 1910, in Quincy. He died May 28, 1954.

She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Eleanor Strong of Rushville, Mrs. Lucille Moody of Nashville, Tenn., and Mrs. Betty Hermon of Rushville; four grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and twin sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Ward and Mrs. Mabel Crawford, both of Rushville.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the First United Methodist Church in Rushville with Rev. Paul Sellers officiating. Burial was in the Rushville City Cemetery.
