Joseph M. Mytich, 64, of Ipava, died Monday, Apr. 8, 1985, in the Medical Center in Punta Gorda, Fla.
He was born Oct. 4, 1920, in St. David, a son of Matthew and Agatha Radoservich Mytich. He married Margaret Collier Aug. 6, 1945, in Chicago. She survives.
Surviving also are a son, Charles M. of Lombard; a daughter, Ketra Mytich of Peoria; three sisters, Eve Herman of Dayton, Ohio, Ann Stanfel of Canton and Helen Mikulich of St. David; and a brother, Matthew Mytich of Silvis.
He was a farmer and auto body repairman. He was a member and trustee of St. Mary’s Church, a veteran of World War II, and member of Ipava American Legion and Punta Gorda Elks Club.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday in St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Lewistown with Rev. Robert W. O’Connor officiating. Burial will be in the Ipava Cemetery.
Friends may call at Shawgo Memorial Home in Ipava. Family visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday with the Rosary at 8 p.m.
Memorials may be made to the Fulton County Heart Association or American Cancer Society.
