Mrs. Roy H. (Geneva Vada) McMillan, 73, of Route 2, Astoria, died at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, 1975, at Culbertson Memorial Hospital in Rushville following a lengthy illness.
She was a lifetime resident of Schuyler and Fulton Counties. She attended the Ripley Christian Church.
Mrs. McMillan was born Oct. 22, 1901, in Schuyler County, the daughter of Charles and Mary Miltenberger Reische. On Feb. 6, 1936, she was married to Roy H. McMillan, who survives.
Also surviving are one son, John C. McMillan of Blandinsville; one brother, Herman Reische of Rushville; one sister, Mrs. Ida O’Neil of Manito; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, one grandchild, two brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday afternoon at the Dodsworth-Piper-Wallen Funeral Chapel in Macomb with Rev. James McMillan officiating. Burial was in Camp Creek Cemetery.
