Ida McClintick Of Peoria Dies

Mrs. Ida Emily McClintick, 67, of 927 E. Elmhurst, Peoria, was found dead at her home at 10:45 a.m. Monday, Feb. 10, 1975, by neighbors who had called to take her on an errand.

She died in her bedroom while apparently preparing for the trip, according to Deputy Coroner Louis Davis, who said an autopsy would be performed.

Mrs. McClintick was the widow of Allen J. McClintick, who died in Peoria Jan. 15, 1970. They were married at Bloomington Oct. 12, 1936.

She was born at Astoria Sept. 27, 1907, the daughter of Frank L. and Emily E. Carter Lutz.

Surviving are one brother, John H. “Jack” Lutz of Canton, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, at Cumerford-Endsley Memorial Home in Peoria with Rev. R. David Goodell officiating. Burial was in Springdale Cemetery.
