Patricia “Patty” D. Hendricks, 74, of Vermont died at 10:15 p.m. June 26, 2025, at Wesley Village in Macomb.Patricia “Patty” D. Hendricks, 74, of Vermont died at 10:15 p.m. June 26, 2025, at Wesley Village in Macomb.
She was born July 13, 1950, in Rushville, the daughter of Joseph Leslie and Claira Lenora Edmiston Hendricks.
Surviving are several cousins and friends.
She worked for many years as a cook at Western Illinois University in Macomb until her retirement in 2012.
She was an active member of Vermont United Methodist Church and was a Sunday School teacher for many years there.
Graveside services were conducted July 2 at the Vermont Cemetery in Vermont with Pastor Robert Greene officiating. The Triplett and Wood Funeral Home of Rushville was in charge of arrangements.
Memorials in memory of Patty may be made to the Vermont American Legion Auxiliary.
