Mrs. Sophie I. Harper, 102-year-old patient at Astoria Healthcare Center, died there at 3:46 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, 1985.
She was born Nov. 30, 1883, in Chicago, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Jacobsen. She married Fred Harper. He preceded her in death.
Her only survivors are two nephews in California.
Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Monday in Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Jacksonville.
Shawgo Memorial Home, Astoria was in charge of arrangements.
