Jennifer Hollis, 4 Months, Dies

Jennifer Diana Hollis, 4-month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Timothy E. Hollis of Canton, was dead on arrival at 7:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 4, 1975, at Culbertson Hospital in Rushville from an apparent crib death.

The infant was found dead in its crib that morning at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Richey in Vermont where her parents had spent the night.

She was born March 17, 1975, in Canton, a daughter of Timothy E. and Debra Clark Hollis.

Surviving in addition to her parents are one brother, Timothy Hollis, Jr., at home; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Hammack and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Hill, all of Astoria; and great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Onzelo G. Harn of Beardstown and Glenn Belville of Astoria.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon, Aug. 6, at 3:30 p.m. at Roby Funeral Chapel in Rushville with Collis Trone officiating. Burial was in Browning Cemetery.
