Relatives here were notified of the death of Jesse Hamel, 74, who died March 11, 1975, at his home in Nora, Neb.
He was a son of Martin and Mary Gruber Hamel, who lived in this vicinity some years ago.
He was Postmaster at Nora, Neb. for some time until his retirement recently because of ill health.
He is survived by his wife, Eva, and several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services were held in the United Methodist Church in Nora, Neb. where he was a member. Burial was in the Nora Cemetery.
