Arlie Hopping, 64, of 314 S. Orange St., Havana, died at his home at 8 p.m. Friday.
A retired farmer, he was born in Fulton County May 27, 1901. He was a son of John and Emma Derry, and married Florine McKinley at Lewistown April 11, 1927.
Surviving are his wife; one daughter, Mrs. Audrey Dierker of Forest City; one son, Robert Hopping of Browning; five grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Ora Mallott of Canton; and three brothers, Ernest of Colchester and Francis and James Hopping, both of Adair.
Funeral services were held on Monday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Hurley Funeral Home in Havana. The Rev. Robert Wiedrich officiated and burial was in the Woodland Cemetery near Astoria.
