Clifford Hammack Dies At Havana

Clifford R. Hammack, 76, Havana, died Saturday at his home.

He was born June 2, 1889, in Bath, a son of John and Anna Dierker Hammack and married Ethel Hampton April 12, 1911 in Havana.

His widow survives together with two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Lippert of Manito, and Mrs. Bettie Pearson of Mt. Home, Idaho; one son, Robert W. Hammack of Mahomet, Ill.; one brother, Scott of Browning; and one sister, Mrs. Bertha Watkins of Havana; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. One son, four brothers, and one sister died earlier.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Newland Memorial Home, Havana, with burial in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
