He was born March 18, 1953, in Macomb, the son of Ray O. and F. Pauline Pollock Foxall.
Surviving are two daughters, Paula (and William) Kinne of Vermont and Heidi (and Adam) Goeken of Iowa City, Iowa; three sisters, Diana White of Macomb, Linda (and Fred) Smith of Bushnell and Judy (and Roy) Johlfs of Macomb; three grandchildren, Jenna Kinne of Astoria, Adeline Goeken of Iowa City, Iowa, and James Goeken of Iowa City, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Nicholas Foxall; one stepson, Steven Waughtel; and two sisters, Rita Vos and Nancy Rittenhouse.
He lived all of his life in the Macomb area. He was a graduate of Macomb High School. He worked as a laborer for many years working out of Local 231.
Funeral services were held Monday at Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb with Rev. Jon Keck officiating. Cremation rites were accorded after the services. Inurnment will be held in Oakwood Cemetery in Macomb at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the Ron Foxall Memorial Fund.
