Rev. James E. Friesner, Sr. died on Tuesday, Aug. 27, 1985 at his home in Florida.
Visitation was from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 31, at the Wilson Funeral Home in Odin, Ill. Funeral services were Sunday, Sept. 1, at 3:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home with burial following at the Odin Cemetery.
Mr. Friesner served the following parishes: Cowden, Camargo-Murdock, Savoy-Philo, Rankin, Windsor, Astoria-Sheldons Grove, Hume-Brocton-Garland, Hume-Brocton-Edgar, Metcalf, and retired in 1980.
He is survived by his wife, Gladys, whose address is R.R. 3, Box 901C, Silver Springs, Fla. 32685.
