She was born July 10, 1922, in Fulton County, a daughter of Hardy and Violet Crable Thompson. She married Albert Leroy Coil on Oct. 9, 1951, in Peoria. He preceded her in death on June 29, 2008.
She also was preceded in death by one brother, James Thompson; and two sisters, Eva Curless and Alice Herzog.
Surviving are two sons, David (and Bernice) Coil and Jim Coil, both of Browning; one daughter, Anita (and Orvel) Hull of Rushville; and two grandchildren.
She was a homemaker.
Private services have been arranged. Pastor Vicki Hull will officiate. Burial will be at Astoria Cemetery. Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria is in charge of arrangements.
