He was born Dec. 9, 1957, in Rushville, a son of Leo Stanley Sr. and Donna June Toland Bollinger.
Surviving are two children, Brandy Salmon of Washington, Ind., and Jeremy (and Nicole) Bollinger of Havana; two brothers, Fred (and Susan) Bollinger of Rushville and Rod (and Penny) Bollinger of Pekin; and five grandchildren.
Cremation has been accorded. In lieu of service, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
