John BulmerJohn BulmerJohn E. Bulmer, 84, of Rogue River, Ore., died April 5, 2025, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 9, 1941, in Detroit, Mich., a son of Wilfred and Elaine Rimington Bulmer. He married Melinda Coffield on March 31, 1967, in New Orleans. She survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Jody of Grants Pass, Ore.; one stepson, Scott Kennedy of Ohio; two sisters, Emily McKim of Edwards and Sally Atwater of Ipava; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by seven siblings, Art Johnson, William Bulmer, Fred Bulmer, Andy Bulmer, Elaine Brown, Jeannette Johnston and Ernestine Robinson.
He graduated in 1960 from VIT High School in Table Grove.
He was in the U.S. Air Force for four years. Then he joined the U.S. Navy for 28 years.
Burial was in Eagle Point National Cemetery in Eagle Point Ore., with full military services on April 14.
