Mrs. Mabyl M. Burton, 93, of Astoria, died at 3:40 a.m., Feb. 3, 1985, in the Astoria Healthcare Center.
She was born Aug. 1, 1891, in Astoria, a daughter of Christian A. and Elizabeth Hollinger Gruber. She married Clarence C. Burton in 1910. He preceded her in death.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Irma Wherley and Mrs. Glenna Grissom, both of Astoria.
She was preceded in death by two sisters.
Mrs. Burton was a member of the Astoria Christian Church.
Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Marshall Litchfield officiating. Burial was in the South Fulton Cemetery near Astoria.
