Relatives here have received word of the death of Mrs. Elgin (Marcia) Bucher, 76, on Friday, Feb. 24, 1984, in a nursing home in Freeport.
She was preceded in death by her husband on Dec. 21, 1974.
Burial was in Rockford on Monday.
