Frank D. Babcock, 92, lifetime Ipava resident, died at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 8, 1975, at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb.
He was born Oct. 21, 1882, in Pleasant Township, a son of Charles S. and Josephine Gilson Babcock. He married Pearl M. Weese Jan. 29, 1920, in Havana. She survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Genevieve France of Ipava and Mrs. Rosemary Beck of Macomb; one granddaughter; one great-grandson; and a brother, Russell Babcock of Lewistown.
A grandson, a sister and five brothers died earlier.
Mr. Babcock was a member of the Presbyterian Church and Masonic Lodge 213, both of Ipava.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday afternoon at Shawgo Memorial Home in Ipava with Rev. Donald Harris and Rev. Oliver S. Knell officiating. Burial was in the Ipava Mausoleum.
Masonic services were conducted at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday evening at the Funeral Home.
