Mrs. Ruth H. Aten, 75, of Macomb, died Tuesday morning, Sept. 17, 1985, in her home.
The daughter of Cornelius and Minnie Richey Heaton, she had lived in Industry until 1966 when she moved to Macomb. She married Guy F. Aten Jr. May 6, 1933 in Rushville. He died Dec. 31, 1983.
She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Herbert (Elaine) Bozard of Industry, Mrs. William (Mary Jane) Pollock of Colchester, Mrs. Marshall (Joyce) Litchfield of Macomb, Mrs. William (Connie Su) Heitman, Augusta and Mrs. John (Bonnie Lu) Brinton of Dallas; two sons, Neil Aten of Creve Coeur and James Aten of Industry; 21 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Roy (Margaret) Royer of Macomb and Mrs. Temple (Wilma) Teel of Industry.
Her parents, a son and a granddaughter died earlier.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Clugston Chapel in Macomb.
