VERMONT — Opal Alpers, daughter of Louis A. and Ida Alpers, was born in Canton, February 17, 1910 and died in Vermont, August 6, 1920, at the age of 10 years, 5 months and 19 days. Her father has preceded her in death and her mother and stepfather, one sister, Freda survive her. She was stricken with heart disease some time ago, and at times suffered greatly, but was patient and uncomplaining in it all. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. O. W. Rose, Sunday afternoon, August 8th, and interment was made in the Vermont cemetery.
