Donna Tucker

Donna Jeanne (Plank) Tucker, 79, of Rochester died Oct. 23, 2025.

She was born Aug. 27, 1946. She was a devoted mother to her daughters, Stacy Tucker and Marcy Tucker, son-in-law Brian Blough and grandson Jakob Blough.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert E. Tucker.

Surviving are two sisters, Linda (and Dale) Pittman and Rosemary (and Gary) Hulett; and many nieces and nephews.

She retired from the University of Illinois at Springfield, where she dedicated over 30 years of service.

She was a member of Project Linus, where she shared her talents to make blankets for children in need. She was also a lifelong member of South Fork Church.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, Oct. 29, from 4-6 p.m. at Wilson Park Funeral Home, 200 E. Main St., in Rochester. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Oct. 30, at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Camp Butler National Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Project Linus in Donna’s memory as well as South Fork Church in Rochester.
