 David Brockley
 David A. Brockley, 89, of Vermont died at 6:10 p.m. Aug. 26, 2025, at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb.
He was born April 9, 1936, in the Oakland Township, Schuyler County, the son of Leonard and Nola Aten Brockley. He married Norma Morrell on Jan. 11, 1963, in Vermont. She preceded him in death on Dec. 23, 2021.
He also was preceded in death by one grandson, Shawn Mayall; sisters, Doris Kost, Virginia McCormick, and twin sister, Donna Farr.
Surviving are three children, Rhonda (and Terry) Wrestler of Macomb, Ronnie Brockley of Table Grove and Rodney Brockley of Rushville; and six grandchildren.
He was a lifelong farmer.
He graduated from VIT High School in 1954. He then went on to serve in the United States Air Force as a mechanic. He was a member of the Vermont American Legion.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date in the Vermont Cemetery. Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria is in charge of arrangements.
