Elizabeth Grim

Elizabeth F. Grim, 69, of Mason City died April 27, 2024, at Springfield Memorial Hospital.

She was born May 1, 1954, in Springfield, a daughter of Paul and Ida Fairow Jockisch Sr. on Feb. 9, 1973, in Easton. She married Steven Grim Sr. He survives.

Also surviving are two sons, Steven (and Becky) Grim Jr. of Astoria and David (and Amanda) Grim of Mason City; three siblings, Paul (and Debbie) Jockisch Jr. of Havana, Mary (and David) Sellman of Athens and Jane (and Tom) Lewis of Springfield; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She was a graduate of Easton High School and worked for many years before retiring from Havana National Bank.

A funeral service will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Hurley Funeral Home in Mason City. Burial will follow at Easton Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday from 2-4 p.m. also at the funeral home.
