Pat WagahoffPatricia A. Wagahoff, 78, of Ipava died at 8:46 a.m. April 14, 2026, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy.

She was born March 29, 1948, a daughter of Roy and Clara Mae Bricker Wagahoff.

Surviving are one son, Mike Wagahoff of Ipava; one brother, Dennis Wagahoff of Greenwood, Ind.; one niece, Chari Burke; and one great-nephew, Nick Burke.

She worked in the Secretary of State office for 35 years. She was a member of the Ipava Christian Church for 65 years, where she served as treasurer. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star for over 50 years, American Legion Auxiliary for over 50 years and the Ipava Fire Department Auxiliary. She served on the Fulton County Fair Board as secretary for 20 years, Spoon River Professional Women’s Club for 20 years, Ipava Ballpark Board as treasurer for 20 years, Fulton County Garden Tractor Pull Association as secretary for 20 years, Ipava Village Board and Camp Ellis Days Board and was a past Camp Ellis Days Grand Marshall. She also was Pleasant Township Supervisor for 25 years.

Services were held Monday, April 20, at the Ipava Christian Church in Ipava with Pastor Brant Reed officiating. An Order of the Eastern Star service was held after the visitation on April 19. Burial was in the Ipava Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Ipava American Legion Auxiliary or the Ipava Fire Department.
